Fees

We work on a contingent basis. Our fees are based on a percentage of what is recovered for your company. If there is no recovery then there is no cost to you. Fees can be structured as follows:

· Flat rate (A single rate applies to the total recovery)
· Tiered rate (A percentage rate applies to the recovery up to a certain dollar value, a lower percentage rate applies for the balance of the recovery)

Clients may have special work or projects performed at an hourly rate.

Special rates are available to company's that have over $1 billion in annual revenue.
